FIRST LINE MANAGER (KARAWANG FACTORY)
What will make you successful?
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industry, Mechanical or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa both verbal and written.
- Having at least 3 years working experience in related field / position.
- Having good communication, negotiation, leadership, interpersonal, mechanical/ electrical, analytical, and problem solving..
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinator specialized in Engineering – Industrial or equivalent.
- Able to work in team and individually.
- Willing to be place in Karawang Factory.
- Ready to work in all shift schedule.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
FACTORY COSTING SPECIALIST (KARAWANG FACTORY)
What will make you successful?
- Have minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
- Having at least 3-5 years’ experience as Costing Analyst.
- Having several experiences in Business Excellent, Decision Support, Supply Chain and Audit would be an advantage.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Strong understanding about Accounting Standard, Manufacturing Costing and other reporting guidelines.
- Solid Knowledge of business principles and best practices to ensure sustainability of business and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
DEMAND AND SUPPLY PLANNER – DEVELOPMENT (HO)
Requirement :
- A bachelor-degree holder (S1) with minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA from Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering major.
- At least having 5 years experienced in related job.
- Fluent in English both oral & written.
- Detailed, persistent and organized.
- Independent player and self-driven but able to work in a team.
- Able to manage multiple task independently under challenging deadlines.
- Good Analytical, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Having experience in Project work and Project Management.
- Development projects in different supply chain areas, for e.g. Procurement, 3rd party, distributor, supplier, etc.
- Experience in LEAN is advantages.
