Junior Relationship Manager Funding

Responsibilities :

1.  Acquisition New To Bank client for Bank Neo Commerce.
2.  Manage strong and good relationship with clients.
3.  Assure to full fill Funding target that company given.
4.  Maintain existing client.
5.  Comply with all Bank regulation and compliance policies.
6.  Keep a good communication with Superior, team mate, BNC & AL employee.
7.  Sales call and visit with minimum request from management.
8.  Maintain zero customer complain.
9.  Define strategy marketing to achieve KPI.

Qualifications :

1.  1-3 year experience in Funding Industry (Banking and Koperasi).
2.  Driven, Results-oriented, Passion in sales.
3.  Strong communication, Persuasive and Negotiation skills.
4.  Work hard, and willing take challenge also like promo to high position.
